Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Business Analyst (HCM) with hands-on experience in SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors integration. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to bridge the gap between business requirements and technical solutions.
RESPONSIBILITIES • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors integration. • Analysis and Design: Analyze business processes and design technical solutions to meet business needs. Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with best practices. • Integration: Develop and implement integration strategies between SAP HCM, S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors using BTP and ensure seamless data flow between SAP and other 3rd party systems. • Infotype Configuration: Configure infotypes in S/4HANA to meet specific business requirements and ensure accurate data management in HCM. • Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, technical designs, integration processes, and user guides.
Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years' experience as a Technical Business Analyst with hands-on experience in SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, and SuccessFactors Integration. -Strong understanding of API management, middleware technologies, data modeling, and the ability to configure infotypes in S/4HANA. -Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
