Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Write technical responses for IT and technical questions from RFPs, contracts, customer queries, and security audits.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with technical SMEs and Global Marketing teams.
  • Provide technical training to support MMS solutions and product releases.
  • Ensure product security white papers and technical details are current and complete.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce customer-centric, strategic responses for proposals and sales enablement activities.

Experience Required

  • Bachelor\'s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Technical IT training.
  • Knowledge of BD MMS products preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask and balance competing priorities to meet deadlines.

Skills & Certifications

  • Excellent writing skills, with the ability to assimilate technical information into customer-facing responses.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Customer-centric perspective and a desire to assist and support.

Eligibilities & qualifications

  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects.
  • Ability to develop strong internal relationships with technical SMEs and cross-functional teams.
  • Commitment to providing timely and accurate responses to avoid risks or lost opportunities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with product and information security teams to ensure current and accurate technical documentation.
