Key Responsibilities

• Manage and organize executives' calendars, including setting appointments and reminders
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
• Conduct research and compile information for various projects
• Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations
• Maintain an organized filing system to ensure easy access to important documents
• Answer phones, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a professional manner

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field preferred
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
