We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting diesel engines and utility trucks at client locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and experience with cabling, electrical systems, and networking equipment. Your expertise will ensure that our clients receive top-notch service and support.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize hand tools and testing equipment such as ohmmeters to ensure proper functionality of systems.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance on installed systems.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and installations performed.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Field Service Technician or in a similar role.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work with various hand tools.
  • Familiarity with low voltage systems, including telephone wiring and Ethernet cabling.
  • Experience working with Cisco routers is highly desirable.
  • Basic understanding of electrical principles and safety practices.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively in the field.
  • Excellent communication skills to interact with clients professionally.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license for travel to client sites.

Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
