**Title:** Helper/Laborer Direct **Location:** United States-Arkansas-Hot Springs **Job Number:** 17369 Performs tasks that require mainly physical abilities and effort involving little or no specialized skill or prior work experience. Will assist a skilled worker such as a machinist by performing specific or general duties such as: cleaning, disassembling, sanding, or prepping components. Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Follow company policies and procedures. - Follow directions and / or instructions, as directed. - Process forms and document work by utilizing their endorsement, in accordance with the Quality Management System. - Notify immediate supervisor of any suspected un-airworthy condition noted while performing their duties. - Acquire and maintain hand tools, if necessary, to complete work assigned. - Clean, disassemble and identify components, with normal supervision. - Work in conjunction with higher grade Mechanics to further their job knowledge base through OJT with normal supervision. - Cleans work area, when required with minimal supervision. - Have a basic understanding of computer processes involved in daily operations. - Other various duties, as assigned. Qualifications: Little or no knowledge of the job. close supervision involving detailed instructions and constant checking on work performance. High school or 0 years' experience.
