The Staff Services Manager (SSM) II (Specialist) serves as a project consultant and works on a variety of highly sensitive and complex cross-cutting Human Resource (HR) projects and special assignments relating to Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I). The SSM II (Specialist) ensures HR administrative and programmatic policies advance equity and are diverse and inclusive. The SSM II (Specialist) is responsible for representing the Human Resources Division (HRD) by attending meetings with stakeholders; communicating with executives and organizations; and participating in and leading advisory groups/committees as appropriate.
The incumbent works under the general direction of the Deputy Director of the HRD.

Travel may be required for this position.
