Reporting to the Studio M Manager, your responsibilities will include: Supporting & guiding customers through the home personalisation & selection process, including interior colours, finishes and fittings; kitchens and bathrooms; and street appeal and outdoor living. Maintaining and developing thorough knowledge of Metricon products, services, and processes to confidently interact with customers, exceeding customer satisfaction and sales targets. Developing effective relationships with key supply partners and actively promoting their products. Providing accurate, timely, and detailed paperwork to the Customer and Operations team. Fostering a positive and focused culture where customer service and teamwork are paramount, working effectively within a team to create a success-oriented environment. Proven experience in retailing, interior design, marketing, or sales, preferably in the building industry. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Experience with IT applications and software. An enthusiastic, proactive, and results-driven approach.
