Location: Craig, CO 81625
Shift: 4 days/week-10 hour days
We offer a flexible 4-day work week (10-hour days) with the clinic open Monday through
Friday from 8 to 5, and closed on weekends and holidays. Call is shared among family
practice providers and does not require on-site response.

Practice Model : Family Practice – all ages. Would work with Family Practice team of three physicians. Clinic has other specialties including Pediatrics, General Surgery, Dermatology, Orthopedics and Pain Management.
Schedule: 4 days/week (10 hour days). Clinic is open Monday-Friday, 8-5. Closed weekends and holidays.
Call: Shared phone call with other family practice providers. No on-site response required.
