Job Responsibilities

• Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documentation to create thorough mechanical estimates
• Conduct material take-offs and generate precise quantity estimates for HVAC piping, ductwork, plumbing, and process piping systems
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to gather pricing information and ensure precise cost evaluations

Job Qualifications

• At least 3-5 years of experience in mechanical estimating, with a focus on HVAC piping, ductwork, plumbing, and process piping systems
• In-depth understanding of mechanical systems, materials, and installation techniques
• Proficiency in estimating software (e.g., Trimble, Quotesoft, FastPIPE, FastDUCT, or similar) and the Microsoft Office Suite
