As a Project Consultant, you will:
Work directly with homeowners and insurance companies to assess property damage, determine the scope of repairs, and create bids and estimates.
Oversee each project from start to finish, ensuring the homeowner’s satisfaction and timely payment collection.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, production managers, and insurance representatives.
Canvassing and Appointment Setting: Proactively identify and engage potential customers in your local area.
Technology Utilization: Use company-provided tools to generate scope-of-loss or inspection reports.
Project Management: Act as a liaison between property owners, production managers, and insurance companies.
Production Oversight: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring all work meets the homeowner’s expectations and the agreed scope.
High school diploma or equivalent required.
No prior experience with insurance or construction? No problem! We provide comprehensive training and the tools needed to succeed. We’re looking for individuals eager to learn, persuasive in communication, and driven to excel daily.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a drive for success.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on business needs.
Willingness to travel or relocate if required.
Reliable transportation.
Ability to carry, set up, and climb a ladder safely.
Comfort with walking on roofs to perform inspections.
Pay Structure: Weekly pay. Starting rate depends on prior experience. Commission-based earnings with high potential.
Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Disability insurance after 60 days as a full-time employee. 401(k) eligibility after one year.
