Position Overview:

Adecco is hiring a Project Safety Manager to serve as on-site safety liaisons at a new manufacturing and installation project in Jeffersonville, OH. In this critical role, you will oversee day-to-day floor operations, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety procedures, and fostering a strong safety culture among all personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the on-the-floor safety point of contact for all workers and contractors.
• Monitor daily activities to ensure adherence to OSHA standards and internal safety protocols.
• Provide ongoing support, education, and coaching to workers on proper safety practices.
• Conduct walkthroughs, inspections, and hazard assessments.
• Assist with incident investigations and documentation when necessary.
• Work closely with site management and safety leads to implement site-wide initiatives.
• Ensure all workers complete proper training and certifications.
• Help maintain a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Safety Manager or similar role in a manufacturing, construction, or machine installation setting.
• Must have OSHA 30 Certification or be willing to obtain it before or shortly after hire.
• Strong knowledge of workplace safety regulations and best practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — must be able to clearly explain safety expectations and procedures.
• Comfortable working in an active manufacturing/construction environment.
• Conversational Korean is a plus and highly valued on a multicultural team.
