We are seeking a motivated Full-Time Real Estate Associate Lawyer to handle legal aspects of residential and commercial real estate transactions. Under the supervision of senior partners, you will deliver client-focused solutions in a fast-paced setting.
Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including purchase agreements, leases, mortgages, and financing contracts.
Conduct due diligence, including title reviews, zoning analysis, and survey evaluations, to ensure transaction compliance.
Advise clients on real estate matters, such as acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and disputes.
Represent clients in real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes and contract breaches, when necessary.
Collaborate with real estate agents, brokers, and title companies to facilitate smooth closings.
Stay updated on federal, state, and local real estate regulations and market trends.
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Active Bar admission in good standing in any U.S. state (or pending admission).
2–5 years of experience in real estate law preferred; new graduates with relevant internships considered.
Strong knowledge of real estate laws, including zoning, land use, and property rights.
Excellent research, drafting, and negotiation skills; proficiency with tools like LexisNexis or Westlaw.
Ability to manage a full-time caseload with strong organizational and communication skills.
Familiarity with real estate technology and CRM platforms is a plus.
