  • Partner with business leaders to translate operational needs into system solutions that drive efficiency, visibility, and growth.
Configuration & Automation
  • Own the implementation of advanced automations (Flows, validation rules, approval processes, etc.) to streamline processes and reduce manual workload.
  • In conjunction with our key vendor, configure complex data models and relationships, custom objects, and third-party integrations.
  • Support system governance and ensure adherence to change management best practices.
Data Stewardship & Reporting
  • Ensure data quality, security, and compliance through rigorous validation, cleanup, and governance.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and dynamic reports for leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively monitor data trends and provide insights to guide strategic decisions.
User Enablement & Adoption
  • Provide mentorship and training to end users, with a focus on building and enabling power users across departments.
  • Manage system documentation, SOPs, and user support processes.
  • Lead onboarding of new users and teams as the platform expands across the business.
Security & Access Management
  • Oversee user roles, permissions, profiles, and license allocation to ensure system integrity and scalability.
  • Ensure Salesforce aligns with organizational security protocols.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Strong background in process automation, data modeling, reporting, and business systems alignment.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with marketing automation, ERP, or support platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and lead complex initiatives.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; Salesforce Administrator Certification required (Advanced Admin or Platform App Builder a plus).
  • 5–7+ years of experience administering and optimizing Salesforce, preferably in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to work onsite in the Irving, Texas office.
  • Ability to work at a computer and sit for extended periods.

Compensation:

  • Competitive pay based on experience.
  • Excellent benefits package including Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
  • 401(k) with matching.
  • Opportunity to develop and grow a career within a fast-growing and industry-leading company.
