Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Business Analyst | With an Industry Leader

Drive M&A success in the homebuilding industry! Our Client seeks a Senior Mergers & Acquisitions Business Analyst to lead IT integrations, data migration, and project execution for strategic acquisitions.

What You’ll Do

• M&A Project Leadership – Manage end-to-end M&A execution, controlling timelines, risks, and budgets.
• Business Analysis & Due Diligence – Conduct IT due diligence, assess risks, and provide insights for informed decision-making.
• System & Data Integration – Oversee ERP, CRM, HRIS, and financial system integrations, ensuring seamless transitions.
• Data Mapping & Migration – Define data validation, mapping, and cleansing strategies for consistency and accuracy.
• Stakeholder Collaboration – Act as the bridge between internal teams (IT, Finance, Legal, Operations) and external partners.

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of M&A experience , with a focus on project management & integration
• Expertise in IT system integrations (ERP, JDE, SAP, financial & operational platforms)
• Strong experience in data mapping, validation, and migration
• Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
• Background in IT, construction, or legal is a plus
