Job Description

Insight Global is seeking an SAP Business Analyst for one of our largest Fortune 250 manufacturing clients to sit out of their Cary, NC facility. This individual will be responsible for: 1) Maintaining the existing ECC 6.0 systems by making minor enhancements in order to keep this running and 2) Contributing to the multi-year SAP S/4Hana implementation. They will be working cross-functionally with different business functions (Manufacturing, Sales and Distribution, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Finance, etc.) to gather requirements and translate to technical teams.

Must Haves:

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an IT related field.

4+ years of relevant IT experience in a manufacturing environment.

Strong experience in one or more of the following SAP modules:

• Order-to-Cash
• Plan to Produce
• Procure-to-Pay
• Order-to-Cash/Finance.

Strong analytical skills (Power BI, Data Warehouse, or similar)

Basic project management skills.

Salary:

Up to $145k, plus bonus structure

There are five positions available:

• Order-to-Cash/Finance areas, supporting our Customer Service, Finance, and Operations teams.
• Procure-to-Pay areas supporting our Sales and Distribution, Materials Management, Warehousing, and Operations teams.
• Plan-to-Produce areas supporting our Production Planning, Materials Management, Quality Management, Plant Maintenance, and Operations teams. ( Two positions available )
• Record-to-Report areas for our Sales and Distribution, Materials Management teams.

Responsibilities could include:

• Provide SAP configuration and integration expertise with the SAP modules relevant to the role (Sales & Distribution, Financial Accounting, Materials Management, Production Planning, Warehouse Management, Controlling).
• Provide day to day support for SAP ECC6 Eco-System, and SAP S/4 implementations.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of business processes and procedures to effectively identify and implement IT solutions.
• Actively engage key business partners to identify/validate opportunities, ensure alignment with business strategies and define functional area roadmap.
• Plan, manage and implement projects in the business systems and ERP space. Develop, document, communicate, and validate business and technical requirements.
• Ensure all are met during the project delivery process.
• Define project requirements by identifying project schedule, milestones, phases, and elements; forming project teams; establish and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with users and peers to provide functional and technical support. Resolve complex user reported issues in a timely manner.
• Lead implementation of corporate and division initiatives and actively participate on teams.
• Create operational documentation and KPI metrics. Perform system, interface, and batch monitoring.
• Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) activities to ensure business and system requirements are met.
• Conduct knowledge transfer and training to business users and IT team, including sharing best practices.
• Create, review, and deliver end-user documentation (user guide, process flow charts, training materials) and training for accuracy.
