Job Title: Remote Bookkeeper/Accountant

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bookkeeper/Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the owners and management team by tracking payments, processing payroll for employees and contractors, and handling commission payments for referral partners. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere with a reliable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track payments to employees, contractors, and referral partners.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial transactions.
- Maintain organized financial records using cloud-based tools such as Google Drive.
- Communicate effectively with team members via email, Slack, and Asana.
- Conduct regular payment reviews with management, typically a few times per month during U.S. business hours.
- Double-check all financial records for accuracy and completeness.
- Take initiative in identifying and resolving discrepancies or inefficiencies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills in English (fluency is preferred but not required).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to self-manage.
- Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.
- Comfortable using online collaboration and accounting tools.
- Ability to work at least 20 hours per week (flexibility available for fewer hours initially).
